Kwikstage Wedge

Wedge plays an important role in locking, locating or terminating scaffold members correctly within the system. It helps improve connection reliability, supports smoother assembly on site and contributes to safer load transfer between related parts. This type of part is especially useful where repeat installation speed and consistent fit-up are important.

Common specification: captive wedge / locking wedge produced to match Kwikstage nodes and end fittings. Steel grade, pressing thickness and protective finish can be supplied to the system drawing.

Common reference standards for scaffold system pages include AS/NZS 1576, BS 1139 and EN 12811-1. For hot-dip galvanized finish, ISO 1461 / AS/NZS 4680 may also be referenced.

Material, finish, packing and project-specific sizes can be discussed according to drawing, market requirement and confirmed order specification.

Export packing can be arranged in steel pallet, bundle, woven bag or project package, subject to product type and shipment plan.
