Ringlock Base Collar

Base Collar forms the starter element at the base of the Ringlock assembly. It creates the correct initial connection for the first lift, supports accurate set-out and helps loads transfer more effectively into the base arrangement. It is commonly used with base jacks, standards and ledgers when establishing a clean and stable scaffold start point.

Common specification: starter collar to suit 48.3 mm Ringlock standards with 0.5 m node spacing logic. Length, collar height and finish can be matched to the base-jack and standard configuration used in your market.

Common reference standards for Ringlock scaffold system pages include AS/NZS 1576.1:2010, AS/NZS 1576.2:2009, AS/NZS 1576.3:2015 and, for some export projects, EN 12810-1 / EN 12811-1.

Material, finish, packing and project-specific sizes can be discussed according to drawing, market requirement and confirmed order specification.

Export packing can be arranged in steel pallet, bundle, woven bag or project package, subject to product type and shipment plan.
