Cuplock Standard serves as a main vertical member within the Cuplock range. It helps carry vertical loads, define lift height and create a dependable scaffold bay when used with ledgers, braces and platform components. It is suitable for construction access, maintenance works and industrial applications where consistent fit, repeat use and efficient site assembly are important.
Common cuplock standard configuration uses 48.3 mm tube with 0.5 m cup intervals. Common market lengths are 1.0 m, 1.5 m, 2.0 m, 2.5 m and 3.0 m, with special sizes available on request.
Common reference standards for Cuplock scaffold system pages include AS/NZS 1576, BS 1139 and EN 12811-1, depending on project and market requirements.
Material, finish, packing and project-specific sizes can be discussed according to drawing, market requirement and confirmed order specification.
Export packing can be arranged in steel pallet, bundle, woven bag or project package, subject to product type and shipment plan.
