Hollow Jack

Hollow Jack is used at the base of scaffold or shoring assemblies to compensate for uneven ground and help achieve accurate leveling. It improves load transfer into the foundation area and adds confidence to the overall structure. Different lengths or head and plate configurations can be matched to site conditions and project requirements.

Common specification: threaded jack format around 34 mm x 650 mm is widely used, with working extension typically controlled within about 500–600 mm subject to engineering design. Flat-head or U-head versions can be offered.

Common reference standards for frame and shoring pages include AS/NZS 1576 and EN 12811-1. For galvanized finish, ISO 1461 / AS/NZS 4680 may also be referenced.

Material, finish, packing and project-specific sizes can be discussed according to drawing, market requirement and confirmed order specification.

Export packing can be arranged in steel pallet, bundle, woven bag or project package, subject to product type and shipment plan.
